Shipping policy

We deliver to customers worldwide. If your location is not listed at checkout, please email us at customercare@domainedesartistes.co with the item(s) you wish to order and your full shipping address. We will provide you with a shipping quote.

Orders are shipped within 48 hours of order confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. All shipments are dispatched from Dubai, UAE, with delivery typically taking 2 to 5 business days.

Shipping Costs:

  • Within the UAE:

    • Orders under AED 1000: AED 50 

    • Orders over AED 1000: Complimentary

    • Delivery time: Next business day

    • All duties and taxes are included in the order total

  • Saudi Arabia:

    • Orders under AED 1000: AED 50 

    • Orders over AED 1000: Complimentary

    • Delivery time: Next business day

    • All duties and taxes are included in the order total

  • International

    • Orders under AED 1000: AED 120 

    • Orders over AED 1000: Complimentary

    • Delivery time: Next business day
    • We ship on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. This means product prices displayed on the website are exclusive of any customs duties, import taxes, or local VAT in your country

     

International Orders

For international shipments outside the UAE, customers are responsible for any duties and taxes. These charges are not included in the checkout price and must be paid directly to the carrier to release your order from customs. 

Please check with your local customs office for details on import duties, restrictions, or regulations that may apply to your order. You may also be required to provide additional information to the carrier to facilitate delivery. In such cases, you may be contacted via email, phone, or SMS. Ensure your contact information is accurate at checkout to avoid delays.

Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled as our fulfillment process begins immediately. Confirmed orders fall under our standard return policy.

In rare cases where an item becomes unavailable, Domaine des Artistes reserves the right to cancel your order or specific items within your order. A full refund will be issued to your original payment method, and you’ll be notified by email.
