RETURNS
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 calendar days from the delivery date to submit a return request.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a refund:

Items must be unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging.

Certain sale items may not be eligible for return.

Items that fail to meet these conditions or are returned outside the 14-day window may be refused and sent back to you.

Underwear is final sale. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or store credit on purchased underwear items.

Return fees will be deducted from your refund:

How to Make a Return

Submit Your Return Request:

Log in to your account on our website.

Go to your orders and select the one you wish to return.

Click “Request Return.” If this option isn’t available, the 14-day return window has expired.

Choose your reason for the return and add any relevant comments.

Submit your request.

Return Approval:

Our team will review your request within 3 business days.

Once approved, you’ll receive an email with further instructions.

Prepare Your Return Shipment:

Pack the items securely in their original packaging. If unavailable, use appropriate packaging.

Attach the provided return label and hand the package to a DHL courier.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we’ll notify you via email about the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note:

Additional processing time may be required by your bank or credit card provider.

Customs fees, taxes, or duties paid for orders shipped to DDU countries will not be refunded. Refer to our Shipping Policy for details.

We do not accept returns or claims for Domaine Des Artistes items purchased from other retailers or second-hand sites.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, contact us at customercare@domainedesartistes.co.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original purchase within the 14-day window and place a new order.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, email us at customercare@domainedesartistes.co with your order number and photos of the issue. Our team will assist you promptly.
