How do I place an order?

To place an order, select your item(s), choose the size and color, and click "Add to Shopping Bag." Access your bag via the icon in the top-right corner of the website. When ready, click "Checkout" to complete your delivery and payment details. Once confirmed, you'll receive an Order Confirmation email.

I haven’t received my order confirmation email. Has my order been confirmed?

If you haven’t received your confirmation email within an hour, check your spam or junk folder. Search for customercare@domainedesartistes.co in your inbox. If you still can’t locate it, contact our Customer Care team.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Due to our quick fulfillment process, we can’t guarantee modifications or cancellations after an order is submitted. Please contact us immediately at customercare@domainedesartistes.co. If your order has already been processed, you may return it via our standard return policy.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa and MasterCard. Please note that your order will only be dispatched once payment is verified.

Can I pay with multiple cards or installments?

We do not support payments across multiple cards or installment options at this time.

Shipping and Delivery
Where is my order shipped from?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in the United Arab Emirates.

What countries do you deliver to?

We deliver worldwide. At checkout, select your destination to view available options. For inquiries, contact our Customer Care team.

*Unfortunately we are unable to ship to Russia, Ukraine and Belarus at the moment.

Where is my order?

You’ll receive an Order Confirmation email after purchase and a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships. Use the tracking link to follow your shipment. For assistance, contact our Customer Care team.

What are my shipping options?

I have not received my order. What should I do?

If your order hasn’t arrived, contact our Customer Care team within 14 working days of the expected delivery date for assistance.

Do I need to pay any customs fees?

For international shipments outside the UAE, customers are responsible for any duties and taxes. These charges are not included in the checkout price and must be paid directly to the carrier to release your order from customs.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary by location and shipping method. Estimates are provided at checkout and on our Shipping Policy page.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we cannot change the delivery address. If you have any concerns, please contact Customer Care as soon as possible.

Returns and Exchanges
What is your returns policy and how many days do I have to return my order?

Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days of delivery, provided items are unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging. For details, visit our Returns Policy.

Can I exchange an item?

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original purchase within the 14-day window and place a new order.

Can I track my return shipment?

Yes, you’ll receive a tracking number once your return is initiated. Contact our Customer Care team for additional assistance.

How do I change or cancel my account?

Log in to your account to update details, manage orders, or adjust newsletter preferences. To close your account, contact our Customer Care team.

How do I unsubscribe from your mailing list?

Can I request a gift receipt or gift wrapping?

At the moment, we do not offer gift receipts or gift wrapping services, but we are working to provide this in the future.
